App: busy / Provider: LIBRA / Established: October 20, 2026 / Revised: November 5, 2026

This is a reference translation. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

LIBRA (“we”) sets out below how the calendar app “busy” (the “App”, including the browser version) handles user information.

In short: The App has no accounts. Your plans, templates and settings are stored on your device and are never sent to our servers. We cannot see your plans.

1. Information stored on your device

The following data is stored inside the App on your device. If you use iCloud or Google device backups, it is included in those backups like your other data.

2. Access to your device calendar (app version)

We ask for calendar access only when you choose “Import from device calendar” or “Add to device calendar”.

You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.

3. Importing, exporting and sharing files

Importing ICS files and creating ICS, image and backup files happen on your device. Files leave the device only when you choose where to save or share them. Choosing “Add to Google Calendar” in an event opens Google’s page with that event’s title, date and location.

4. Ads (app version)

To keep the App free, it shows ads from Google AdMob.

Ads are served without personalization, and the App does not ask for permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. However, for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the identifier for vendors or the Android advertising ID), an approximate location inferred from your IP address, ad view and interaction data, and device information. In regions where consent is required, we ask for consent before showing ads.

The contents of your plans and templates are never sent to ad companies. You can hide ads with the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase.

If you are under 16, choose “Under 16” in Settings → App → Ads and privacy to see only non-personalized, family-friendly ads. This choice is stored only on your device, and we do not ask for your birth date. The same screen lets you change your ad consent (only in regions where consent is required).

If ads cannot be shown, for example because consent was not given, no ads appear and the three-month bulk addition can be used without watching a video.

5. Purchases

“Remove Ads” is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. We never receive payment details such as credit card numbers. Whether you have purchased it is checked between your device and the store.

6. Analytics

The App does not use analytics tools that send usage data to us.

7. Deleting data

You can delete events from Settings → Data in the App. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device. Because we hold no user data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. Events you added to your device calendar can be deleted in your calendar app.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide user information to third parties, except as required by law.

9. Children

The App is not directed at any particular age group. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. For ad settings for users under 16, see “4. Ads” above.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the changes on this page.
