Terms of Use

This is a reference translation. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the calendar app “busy” (the “App”, including the browser version) provided by LIBRA (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (The App)

The App provides event management and features such as adding plans in bulk based on templates you register. Plans added in bulk are combined by the App according to your settings and do not represent actual appointments or promises.

Article 2 (Your responsibility)

• You use the events and images you create or display with the App at your own judgment and responsibility.
• You must not use the App to deceive others for money or gain, to infringe on others’ rights, or for any other purpose that violates laws or public order and morals.

Article 3 (Storing data)

Your data is stored on your device. Data may be lost due to device failure, changing devices or deleting the App, so please use the App’s backup feature as needed. We are not responsible for lost data.

Article 4 (Other calendars)

Importing from and adding to other calendars are manual operations you perform. There is no automatic sync. They may not work as intended due to changes in those services.

Article 5 (Paid feature)

• “Remove Ads” is a one-time paid feature. Purchases and refunds follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play.
• You can restore a purchased feature with “Restore Purchase” using the same store account.

Article 6 (Ads)

The App shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the services they lead to.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

• Modifying or reverse-engineering the App, or using paid features by improper means
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Any other act we consider inappropriate

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the App is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes and termination)

We may change the App or these Terms, or end the App. If we change these Terms, we will publish the changes on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
