Frequently Asked Questions

Can individuals and small businesses make a request?

Yes. In fact, Libra is best suited to people who want to build something small and fast. Because it is a one-person operation, a minimal build can take shape in a few weeks.

Doesn't building with AI lower the quality?

AI is a tool for speeding up implementation; design and verification are done by a human. Multiple apps have actually passed App Store and Google Play review and been released.

Can I get in touch before my idea is fully formed?

Yes. Feel free to reach out at the “here's what I'd like to do” stage. You'll receive a proposed approach and a rough estimate.

Can you also handle fixes and operations after release?

Yes. If you need ongoing improvements, monthly maintenance is also available.

Are estimates free?

Yes, they're free. After hearing about your project, we'll give you a rough cost and an expected timeline.

What is vibe coding?

It's a development approach where generative AI (such as Claude or ChatGPT) writes the code, while a human handles the design, direction and verification. Libra has used this approach to take several of its own apps all the way to release on the App Store and Google Play, and takes on client development with the same setup. The advantage is that products take shape faster and at lower cost than with traditional development.

Can I request AI consulting only?

Yes. We also take on consultations that don't involve development, such as brainstorming when you're not sure what to use AI for, planning a generative AI rollout, or helping choose internal tools.

Can you develop games with AI, too?

Yes. Every title from our game studio, UNDER FLAT GAMES, was developed with AI vibe coding and is available on the App Store and Google Play. We handle everything from game planning to store submission and the implementation of ads and in-app purchases.

Can you work with clients who aren't nearby?

Yes. Projects are run entirely online, and we take inquiries from all over Japan.
